Pink wedding flowers
Pink is a very popular colour choice for weddings, particularly wedding flowers and decorations. With a wide variety of shades available, from pale blush pinks, pastel pink and dusky pink, right through to deep magenta and raspberry pink there are plenty of choices.
If you are planning a spring or summer wedding then you could consider a mix of different shades of pink, or combining pretty pastel shades of pink, lilac and blue, or classic white/ cream and green with light or dusky pink.
With artificial flowers you are not restricted by seasonal availability unlike fresh flowers. However, if you wanted your flowers to reflect the spring or summer season there are plenty of options in shades of pink, such as tulips, hyacinths, blossom branches, peonies, roses, hydrangea and lilies.
For an autumn wedding I love combining blush and deep pink with mauve, navy and burnt orange tones and incorporating lots of different textures. If you are getting married later in the autumn or winter then mixing blush, dusky pink or a deep raspberry pink with burgundy, navy blue or deep pink can create a lovely rich design.
